Shyvonne works as PMEAL advisor to Cordaid Country Offices in the East and Southern Africa Regions. She supports country-based staff with capacity strengthening in PMEAL related areas and compliance with both internal and external PMEAL standards. She also provides supports in country to activities such evaluations and other assessments. In Ethiopia, Shyvonne leads the Business Development and Communications unit, which us responsible for coordinating and implementing all fundraising activities including relationship management, partner engagement, lead identification, proposal writing, and adherence to internal and external requirements. Shyvonne furthermore leads the implementation of Cordaid Ethiopia’s visibility strategy including content and media generation, management, publication and dissemination.
