Katie is a seasoned Finance and Operations Business partner with close to 20 years progressive management and global experience in multisectoral sectors in UK, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Sudan. With an MSc in Financial Management and a Certified Public Accountant, Katie has extensive experience in project, financial and operations management. She has led teams and developed competencies in leading change, building teams, analytical thinking, effective communication, networking, stakeholder management and managing people. Extensive knowledge and application of multiple donor rules and regulations including USAID, EU, FCDO, UN (UNHCR, UNICEF, WFP, UNFPA) and private foundations across multiple sectors. She is passionate about ensuring efficiency and value for money in all our actions and delivering programs to our diverse beneficiaries. Besides work Katie volunteers within the rotary community through her club in Kenya.
